These Terms of Service are subject to change.
Please read before sending me your order. Commissioning me means that you’ve agreed to all my terms!
Payment:
Payments will be made strictly through paypal via invoices and will be paid in USD.
Payment upfront
For commissions and adopts over $100 Payment plans are available, with a discussed down payment. Down payment is nonrefundable!
If using a payment plan I will not finish your commission until your payment is completed.
I do not accept refunds and would prefer you come and talk to me if any problem occurs. Forcing a charge back will result in a permanent ban.
Commissions:
The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.
The artist retains any and all rights to the work(s) created. Character rights are still retained by the respective owners, however the work itself shall remain the artist's.
You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
Clients are not allowed to reproduce, sell, publish, auction, transfer given rights, or reprint any work(s) or work in progress images without written permission from the artist. Violations of this ToS will result in the work being removed from display and rights revoked.
Clients must have one of the following materials to place an order: *An actual reference sheet *very detailed description *multiple images of characters/concepts
The art I create for clients cannot be used for training an AI. This applies to adopts as well.
Adopts:
Do not edit my original art
You can edit the design however you please once you've purchased it and the character has been transferred to you.
You may only resell designs for the price you put toward the design (i.e. original price, commissions, and/or trade value)
No commercial use.
